A. If you are the executor or administrator of the claimant's estate, you must contact Key Bank directly. Call KeyBank Customer Service at: (866) 295-2955.
If the money went to a Chase Direct Payment card, call Chase Customer Service at: (877) 221-1634. They will tell you how to submit the request.
