Overall, the Shared Work team has been tremendous. I wasn’t familiar with Shared Work – but they walked me through the process and that allowed me to speak to the employees being impacted, and ease their concerns. When you call the Shared Work Unit, you have someone who answers the phone – it’s great to have a person on the other end instead of a machine. We had had people with us a long time – trained people – and the decision needed to made, we were looking at letting people go. It was a horrible feeling.
