* Each Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA) should have a Job Bank Participation Agreement in place that, at a minimum, describes how the Job Bank will serve all Partners and agencies within that LWIA. As requests come in for access to the Job Bank from non-DoES staff, the PSC and the appropriate DoES representative should have a method to review these requests together and jointly decide who is appropriate for access at which level based on that area's LWIA Job Bank Participation Agreement.

** The Central Office will review and, where needed, ask for clarification of requests submitted by the RSC. The role of the Central Office is to ensure needed Partner access to the Job Bank and provide technical assistance to areas where there may be too limited or too unlimited access granted.
